DIMO Mobile users can choose to text with their DIMO AI assistant and get updates about their vehicles by SMS. Text messaging is off until you turn it on.
How to opt in
- Open the DIMO Mobile app and go to Account > Communication Preferences.
- Select the Text messages tab and enter your mobile number.
- Check the consent box and tap Save.
Before opting in: the consent box is unchecked by default.
After checking the box and saving: the screen confirms text messages are on for your number.
What you agree to
"I agree to receive text messages from DIMO about my vehicles and my AI assistant conversations at this number. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase."
Opting out and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts, or uncheck the box in the app and tap Save. Reply HELP for help, or visit support.drivedimo.com.
